FOLK TRAX has a specialist folk music shop based at the South Australian Folk Centre as a joint project of Hard Yacka Records and the Folk Federation of SA. We specialise in SA Folk, Australian Folk, SA Acoustic, International Folk and World Music, but handle acoustic music generally. FOLK TRAX is the official music shop for all FFSA events and festivals.
The shop is physically located at the SA Folk Centre (corner of George Street and South Road, Thebarton). The shop is available between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesdays to Fridays, and 10:00am till noon on Saturdays (access from 7 August Street, Thebarton on Saturdays). We can accept Visa, MasterCard and BankCard credit cards.
The stock for sale through FOLK TRAX is all on consignment. If you have acoustic music related merchandise that you are prepared to consign to us, we will offer it for sale at the FOLK TRAX shop and through this website. Contact us and we will mail you a shipping package with full details.
Members of the Folk Federations of South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia and Tasmania, and regular readers of Queensland's Folk Rag are offered a 10% discount on purchases made through FOLK TRAX.
